Where will my order be shipped from?

Our local printing services, available in over 30 countries, are designed to bring your order to you in the fastest possible time. My order arrived damaged. What happens now?

This is different from the usual timmyloves experience, but accidents can also happen during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please get in touch with us within two weeks of receiving your order so that we can find the best solution for you. Make sure to include the following: 
  • an image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging
  • order ID number 

Can I return my print?

Unfortunately, due to our product's custom nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for your prints. If, for any reason, you aren't happy with your print, please get in touch with us, and we will help fix the issue as best we can.

I need to correct the design of my order. Can I make a change to it after making the payment?

Yes! You can change the style of your poster and the text on your design at any time within 6 hours of placing your order. You can either do this via the thank you page immediately after placing your order or through the link in your processing order confirmation email.

Unfortunately, changing your Timmyloves' size is impossible once your order has been placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order any time within 6 hours of placing your order. You can either do this via the thank you page immediately after placing your order, or through the link in your processing order confirmation email.


Please note that once 6 hours have passed or once you have confirmed your design, your order will be sent to print. Once your order is printed and handed over to the shipping company, you cannot cancel it.
